The Founder and the CEO of Synergy Group, Mr Chakrabarti is a Lead Auditor and Lead Tutor in the domains of Quality, Environment, Health & Safety, Energy, Information Security, Business Continuity, IT Service Management, Food Safety, Anti Bribery Management. He is having 30 years+ global exposure in the areas of Management consultancy, HR Practices, Training, Audit, Product Development, Marketing and Business Transformation.

Retired Director of Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS). He is a senior Assessor for Product Certification. He has been auditing various organizations for their Quality Management System. He prepared various Manuals for Indian Standards on behalf of BIS. He was a Pioneer member to Introduce Hallmarking of Gold Jewelery in India. He conducted a lot of Training Courses, Audit and Inspection activities. He is associated with Synergy as an Advisor.

Dr Gogoi was associated with Government of Assam in the department of Health & Family Welfare, Assam Petrochemical, National Rural Health Mission, Assam Electricity Regulatory Commission, Panchayat & Rural Dev. Dept, Govt of India (under Scheme MGNREGA). He was a receipient of World Health Organization (WHO) Fellowship. He contributed for 'Lawrence Berkley National Laboratory, California Energy Commission for their Regulatory Management System, sponsored by Government of India on 'Capacity Building Program'.

Mr Chakraborty was associated with Nuclear Power Corporation of India for 40 years as Additional Chief Engineer - Dept of Atomic Energy, Haripur Nuclear Project, Bhavini PFBR Project, NPCIL. His technical expertise covers critical welding, Feeder Pipe Welding, Casting, Forging, Heat Treatment, NDT, Erection of IFTM sub-assemblies etc. He explored his unique technical expertise during his visit to Nikkiso Japan, Moscow & St.Petersburg while handlng various projects.

Roshini is having over 16 years' exposure in the domains of Quality, Information Security, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety and Human Resource Management. She is a Lead Auditor for Quality & Information Security Management Systems. Before joining Synergy, she was associated with TTK Group Company and DAX Networks. She contributed for many reputed organizations e.g. L&T, Cameo, NIFT, Akshaya, Origin, Panasonic, NTPL, NLC, Chola & NEEPCO.

Retired as General Manager of HPCL. More than 35 years he contributed to Oil Industries (IOCL & HPCL) in Refinery, Cross Country Product Pipelines, HQ, LPG Plant, POL etc. He was a receipient of an Award from the Ministry of Petroleum for outstanding contribution to Oil & Petroleum Industries through OISD. He obtianed BE (Fire) degree being the 2nd Topper. Also received the ICON Award from C&MD of HPCL for outstanding contribution to HPCL. Recognized by PESO as a Competent Person to carry out Testing of PRV / Pressure Vessels.

An ‘Industry agnostic’ specialist with pan-India roles, in low-cost and ROMI driven marketing initiatives. Over 27 years’ experience in building brands and business. Experience in start-up and green-field operations – building from scratch and handling teams with strategic and large execution capabilities nationally. All along held the National role and portfolio in Brand Marketing. Worked with Hutch, Lafarge, Giordano, Telenor, Reliance Communications, Rediffusion and Bates.

A senior Lead Auditor in the domain of Food Safety, Quality, Health & Safety and Environment Management system. He worked for Export Inspection Agency as Assistant Director and Senior Auditor for GCAS Certification. His expertise and contribution in the domain of Food Safety, HACCP, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Hygiene Practice (GHP), Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), FSSC, BRC, Environment, GG 21 and GlobalGap transformed a lot of food processing units in Qatar, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and India.

Murugesan is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAiIB). He is having 30 years of experience for Branch Banking, Bank Audit & Inspection, Retail Banking, C&I, CBS, Quality Management etc. He worked with Bank of Baroda as AGM. After his retirement he got associated with Synergy Group as a Financial Expert and QMS Lead Auditor. His significant contribution helped Neiiveli Lignite Corporation to achieve IMS Certification.

He is a Chartered Engineer, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Green House Gas Lead Verifier. He is also a Lead Auditor for QMS, EMS, OHSMS, FSMS, EnMS, ISMS & BCMS. For last 26 years he has been contributing for Oil & Petroleum, Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Textile, Food and Medical Device sectors. His domain of expertise covers QMS, API, EHS, Laboratory Accreditation, Information Security, Food Safety, Social Accountability, Process Engineering, TPM and TQM.

Sreedhar is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB), Lead Auditor (ISMS, BCMS, ITSMS & QMS). He has been contributing for Banking & Financial Sector, BPO, IT Solution Service, Telecommunication, FMCG, Manufactruing etc. in India, Singapore, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Nigeria and Gambia. His domain expertise are Risk Management, Compliance, Governance, Cyber Security, GDPR, ISMS & BCMS. His significant contribution helped NIC-NDC Bhubaneswar to achieve IMS (ISMS, BCMS & ITSMS) Certification.

Gayathri helps the participants to bring that ‘WOW’ factor back in their lives. A dynamic, passionate and accomplished professional, Gayathri possesses outstanding leadership skills to effectively resolve problems and promote a positive work environment. With a Masters degree in Electronics, she has over 20 years of academic, corporate and soft skill training experience. She is endowed with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to connect with the participants. She is also a QMS Consultant. Gayathri is a key member of Synergy Group to transform the lives of the Professionals and Corporates.

His contribution as a Third Party Inspector and Surveyor in the domain of Oil & Petroleum, Engineering is quite significant. He supervises the third party inspection / audit initiatives. He provides necessary technical guidance for product development, compliance and value addition. He is associated with Synergy Group as a counterpart of Gujarat Operations. The organizations got benefitted from his services include IOCL, HPCL, BPCL, ONGC, John Energy etc.

With over 20+years of extensive experience in conceptualizing, managing and maintaining Programs in various functionality and technology domains and exposure in Application Banking on behalf of Tier I Banks, Mr Basu worked for many reputed international organizations like Citibank, Deutsche Bank, ANZ Bank and HSBC to handle Operations, Projects, Information Security and Quality as well. Mr Manoj Kumar Basu is now associated with Synergy as a ‘Senior Management System Consultant’.

Management System Auditor and Technical Consultant for Aerospace, Automotive and Engineering industries. Was a senior management member with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) & TVS. He is having global exposure in the areas of Lean Management, TQM, TPM, AS 9100, AS 9120, IATF 16949, QMS, 5S, JIT & Kaizen etc. Mr Balan is the receipient of an exclusive Award from ADE-DRDO while representing our organistion for AS9100D implementation. The organizations got benefitted from his services include Makino, Crompton, DARE, BPCL, Talrak, TGT etc.

Colonel K K Pasrija (Retd) got retired from Indian Army after 29 years of service. He is an Electronics and Communication Engineer with post graduate qualification in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management. He is a Lead Trainer and Lead Auditor for various management systems like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO/TS 16949 and certified implementer for ISO 50001. The organizations got benefitted from his services include NTPC, ITC, WIPRO, BHEL, ABB, SAIL, Siemens, Vedanta & Aditya Birla Group etc.
